When I access the Modem http://192.168.100.1/ I do not get a Login screen. (It’s not that I don’t know the Login info.. I don’t get an actual User/Password screen.)
I’ve power cycled.
I’ve done the paperclip reset.
I’ve tried all browsers.

I had the same problem. Decided that the modem was more trouble than it was worth especially with its troubled past, so I was able to return it to the store for something else.

What happens if you disconnect the router from the modem (reboot the modem with nothing connected) and direct connect your pc to it?
