My wifi went down, I think its my 6 year old router.  I bought a new wifi 7 router but it hasn’t arrived yet.  I did the factory reset on my SB8200 modem, and I’m trying to reset my wifi name and password.  I’ve never reset the password before (ya, I know you are supposed to for security- I had a friend setup the modem when it was new about 2 years ago).  I’m connected to my modem with an ethernet cable, and when I type in 192.168.0.1, I get into an arris page, but it does not have the “system basic set-up” like the youtube help videos show.  Here’s what I see:

I have an old Dell XPS computer from 2015 with windows 10.  How can I access the basic setup page to change my wifi password?  Thanks!

The sb8200 is a modem only device. It has no router or wifi capability.

So there isn’t any configuration for it. You’ll have to wait until the new router comes.

thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
