My sb8200 arrived today. I gave optimum tech support the mac and they say everything is set up and shows it should be working on their end. But it's not. The internet light flashes for a couple minutes then will go solid for about 30 seconds then it resets itself. I pulled the event log from the modem. Any one have any insight.
