MY SB8200 will not power up the front lights when plugged in. The Modem was working, and then stopped after a storm. the cable tech said the modem was inoperative and installed a replacement modem. I am looking to get the SB8200 replaced under warranty and the ruckus website says the S/N does not exist, but it exists on the arris website.
How do I get a replacement modem under warranty?
