We understand that you are having slow speed issue, in this case we need to know the current speed plan and is this happening only on Wi-Fi or even with the direct connection to the modem ( hardwired)? If the slow speed issue is only on Wi-Fi you can try changing Wi-Fi channels for respective networks then monitor the connection for next 24hrs or if its happening even on direct connection you can need to check the cable signa level to isolate the issue. you can follow the steps mentioned on the link below to preform the trouble shooting
