I connected my sgb10 as directed using the coaxial cable and power. All indicators show stable internet connection but when I hardwire with an ethernet cable to my desktop, I received no internet connection. Additionally, the Wi-Fi network is available but has no internet connection

The WAN IP is 7.196.164.21

Im having the same issue I on cox internet, called them for access, all lights are solid green, says it’s connected on both WiFi and ether net cable but no internet.

This isn't the answer it was checked in error


Could you factory reset the modem once and try with self-activation through the Cox mobile application or contact internet service provider to reprovisioning the modem.
