Unable to connect to webmanager page of SBG10

Cannot connect to 192.168.0.1 no matter what device I use.

I just performed a factory reset on the router. I can connect to wifi using default SSID and Wifi security key. However not able to change them. Please help me how. 

the app doesn’t seem to work at all. It doesn’t even recognize that my device is connected to the router via wifi

tried connecting to 192.168.100.1? 

Or 192.168.1.1?

Hello Vin,

As you are not able to connect to web manager page: 192.168.0.1, could you try with different devices and browsers . 

If still unable to connect unscrew the co-axial cable and try again .
