ARRIS SURFboard SBG8300 Needs Reboot Daily for Proper Download Speed

ARRIS SURFboard SBG8300

 I have to reboot every morning for proper download speed otherwise it's slow. I’m paying for 1 Gbps speed and the modem is receiving 10% until I reboot.  This constant reboot creates havic with my 3 smart TV’s...

Hello joegall44,

As you are facing slow speed on your modem , it looks like you need to reboot the modem on every day morning basis, to trouble shoot on that we need to check the cable signal levels .

Also, share the  screen shot  of the same, so we can check whether the cable signal levels are on the acceptable range .
