Can't Log In to Change Password on WiFi sbg8300

Forum|alt.badge.img

Some how my login password, which is password, expands to numerous ********** and will not allow me to change back to password. Tried clearing cache  etc but no lunch.

Need some help so I don't have to keep putting in default passwords for wifi access.

Thanks,

In tis case the only option is to use the default login credentials is by resetting modem since the modem interface doesn't have any option to reset or change the password alone.  But after resetting the modem will go to default setup any custom settings will be removed so use the default network name and password to connect to your network. Then please follow the steps mentioned on the below article to reset modem and also to change the WIFI credentials.
