I've had my gateway for over a year and just yesterday I was just watching Netflix and all of a sudden all my devices say can't connect to the internet. 

I've called cox and done multiple restarts and cable checks and everything checks good on there end but i still have the issues. They are sending a tech out tomorrow but I have to pay $75 🙄

 

Any suggestions?

Sorry to know that you are unable to connect internet . Let me provide trouble shooting steps :

On sbg8300 please let me know the led light status?

Kindly do a Factory Reset and login to web manager (192.168.0.1)and check WAN IP Address and share the screen shot
