I have tried unsuccessfully to connect my HP 8720 printer to my Arris 8300 modem/router. I’ve tried the usual turn off/on router, printer in the various sequences. I can see all of the router connections, but not the main one, which I renamed and re-passworded.

Thanks in advance for your help.

To change the security mode please login in to the sbg8300 webmanager pager 192.168.0.1 and select Wi-Fi and then the security mode option and change the same
