Error Code 0015-1805 Sbg8300

I am getting this error code when trying to set up my app with the SBG8300.  I have not changed the network information as this is a new device — This is the first time trying to set up. Device is receiving and transmitting as all devices in the home are connected using the temporary SSID on the label.  What is the issue?

                              If you have previously installed the gateway, please connect the mobile device to the home Wi-Fi network. Click "Retry" to reconnect to the gateway. If a factory reset is performed on the gateway, then click "Continue Onboarding" to reinstall the gateway. Or try uninstalling and reinstall app on different device then try again to setup app. You can also try the steps mentioned on the below link to change WIFI credentials
