It appears I have a connection with solid green lights on front. Back light by ports is amber and blinking. We have normal internet service so assuming there is an issue with the router. I would like to know if there is a fix for this as none of our devices are working and cannot connect. 

SBG8300 is gateway device which is combination of modem and router so this has inbuilt Wi-Fi so are you using separate router  connected to the modem for Wi-Fi?

If the internet is not working please try accessing modem interface to check for the IP address for LAN and WAN.
