I have a surfboard 8300. My main 2.4 ghz WiFi is not working but the guest one is. However only certain things will connect to the guest WiFi and some things won’t. When I try to log onto the web manager on 192.168.0.1 it says the server can’t be found. What setting got changed or corrupted?

Since you're unable to log in to the GUI web portal, I recommend trying to log in using different browsers and devices.
Additionally, attempt accessing the portal without a coaxial cable connected.
If the issue persists, consider performing a factory reset on the modem and then try connecting to the 2.4GHz network.
