i switched my router from bridge mode to i think access mode. i am trying to go back to bridge mode and i cannot reach the login page. just times out….
i also connected my laptop directly into modem and the problem persists.

Try going to 192.168.100.1
or you can just factory reset it and reinstall it

Since the model is SVG2482-ac, I would suggest logging in to the GUI web portal through 10.0.0.1.
Could you let me know whether the wifi network name is broadcasting on your devices?
Could you connect wifi on your devices?
