the SVG2483AC unit is not working. lights flashing but no internet. I have an extended warranty I checked my warranty status and wouldn’t you know it. it doesn't recognize my serial number. only had the unit a 3 months. so basically not a happy shopper here. need some company help on a replacement unit.

Since you mentioned that the led light status are flashing, could you help us with exact information about led lights.
Also could you let us know whether the Wi-Fi network name is broadcasting in all the devices.
