I purchased a T25 that stopped working, and wondering if Arris has a way to diagnose it for me and repair it ?
Given the cost/initial investment of these devices I'd consider repairing it vs. buying a new one. The warranty has expired by a couple of months, but I believe it can be ♻️ recycled ♻️ and/or repaired.

Here a link for recycling ARRIS products, i found it on CommScope site. You can fill out a form for shipping label to ship your old ARRIS product. Hope this helps.
