Hello all, does anyone know if this Arris model is compatible with plans outside of Verizon Business? My company is no longer using the ones we have and would like to donate if possible.

NVG558HX is no longer compatible with Verizon, if you are looking for modem compatible with Verizon you can check on their respective sites and if you would like to donate the device you can check on Arris.com/consumersupport for more information
