i think my ip has been restricted on a few websites, i went on my router website and was wondering if there was a way for me to change my router’s ip myself? it has done it once or twice on its own and i was wondering if i could control it at all and rerandomize it or reroll it i guess or if i have to call up my isp.

In this case we would suggest you to try DNS setup on your router interface, that will mostly help you in getting access to all the websites and also make sure about the firewall setup, If this is a Arris router or modem you can get the Article for the DNS setup.
