I have modem model S33v2 and it's connected to 3 satellite routers (mAX AX6600 Mesh Wi-Fi 6 System). This has been working as I wanted (only using time-based rules for blocking access, not using chores, $earned, or # of hours allowed) since I installed the system on 22 Oct 2023, but as of last week, even though the app says no one is blocked, the 2 devices associated with my teenage son's profile are continuously blocked from the internet, contrary to the rules I have established. 

As you mentioned that you created and then deleted those rules. How long were the devices blocked after the rules were removed?

We recommend starting by power cycling the main routers first, followed by the satellite routers one at a time.
