So this router was purchased only a year ago, now its consistent problems.

All of a sudden within the past week it kicks off every device on the network, then restarts, then kicks everything off every 15-30 minutes. Theres only about 7 devices. The device will not show me any logs regarding why it's doing this.

I restarted the router wiping previous settings and set it up again. This corrected the problems for about 1 day. It started happening again, I reset it again, this time it hasnt corrected the issue. What's upsetting is I see arris doesnt support this router/modem. Personally I think if you arent going to support something or plan to discontinue support for a device within a year it shouldnt be sold.

Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products.

Please contact your ISP for the same

got a screensnip of the cable connections page and event logs?

I’ve seen high power levels trigger a reboot.

I’ve also seen the ISP triggering reboots so the event logs help check that
