hard wired tv buffers

provider speed is 350, pay for 300

 

I have a hard wired tv that keeps randomly buffering, it doesn’t matter which app I am using on a Hisense Roku tv.

I cannot log on to the gui interface because every time I try to log on the password automatically doubles in size when I hit the log in button, happens on desktop and iPhone.

so they buffering doesn’t happen on any other device? 

Does it happen if the tv is wireless?

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps

The cell phones do not buffer but they do lag, meaning they take a long time to load web pages, video, and ever fb a lot of time videos and pictures are very slow to load.

we have two tv’s on the wireless and they do the same.

Doesn’t matter if we are on the 2 g or 5g wireless
