I constantly have to reboot my cell to make a phone call please advize

Other devices do not have this problem it seem that when I reboot the cell phone I can make calls and for some reason it losses the connection

Make sure you are connecting phone to the 2.4 network and also try changing WIFI channel on the modem interface to avoid this issue and please follow he steps mentioned on below article to change channel.
