Sparklight tested everything and said was good on their end and that it is our modem. Anyone have suggestions?

SBG8300 modem can support up to 1Gbps speed. Following questions will help us in isolating issue
» so may i know your current speed plan.
» Are you getting slow speed on wifi connected device or even on direct connected device.
» May i know What speed you are getting on direct connection?
