The 3rd light from the top (send signal light) is flashing green while the top 2 are solid green. I cannot get any internet connection on any device. How can I fix this? I’ve tried unplugging everything and a hard reset.

What is your status page showing? Did all the steps complete normally? Do you have proper signal strength/SNR on all channels?
