I have purchased Blink security cameras. Blink told me to turn off my firewall setting because my WiFi is not connecting. But I’m having issues login into arris after changing my username and password. How do I reset my password?

You can factory reset the device and start back at stock

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
