I have cox for internet provider. We have had signal drops by the dozen and they recommended we replace our modem and router which i did with the G36. Still no luck. Cox sent out a tech who found a problem with their feeder line. Today they replaced that cable.and tried the reset  No connection. I have unplugged and plugged the G36  and tried the reset switch multiple times. I get a green flashing light that changes to a blue flashing light. Never goes solid. Cox does a reboot from their end and it is unsuccessful. Modem is not connecting to their network. Have double and triple checked the SN and the Mac address and all seems good. I am at a total loss as to what to do next.

It worked before they fixed the feeder line? Sounds like their fix made it worse and its not connecting back to the network.
