Hello, I bought blink cameras and it won’t connect to my WiFi. The rep from blink believes that I need to turn off my firewall setting. Can someone help me with that?  Thank you

Do they need the blink hub? 

Are you making sure you phone is on the 2.4ghz during setup?

Are you making sure you phone is on the 2.4ghz during setup? 

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
