Why are Upstream Channel type DOCSIS 2.0

On the SBG6950AC2 Box it states “DOCSIS 3.0” but, the Upstream on the status page is showing as DOCSIS2.0;

 

Also at the bottom of the status page it shows “ © ARRIS Enterprises, Inc. 2019 All rights reserved. “

Does that mean the software is from 2019?

The SBG6950AC2 supports DOCSIS 3.0 as the Upstream Channel Type shown as DOCSIS2.0 (ATDMA) so, would suggest checking with you’re Internet Service Provider (ISP) on the same as they are monitoring the cable signal levels.
