where do I  find the latest firmware update for the Arris Surfboard modem SBG-6782-AC?

                            There isn’t a way. the firmware is part of the provisioning and is pushed by the ISP. Nothing the end user can update. Even for the latest firmware you need to check with your internet service provider only.
