I have 2 w121 routers, i am able to setup the “main” router, when i go through the app (firmware: Edit : personal information). I proceed to install additional satellite, install now, select my w121, it goes to add satellite screen and does NOTHING after that. I have reinstalled the app, reset both routers, keep 2nd router off, tried with 2nd router on and also hardwired. It does not move forward from this point. I have reviewed there pdf, to ensure proper procedures are followed. This seems to be an issue with the app itself. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Just to clarify, are you trying to set up both the main router and the satellite?

In order to get internet access , could you please let me know what modem you're using?

If you're setting up the main router, please ensure the modem has internet access. Start by connecting the Ethernet cable from the modem to the WAN port of the main router.

Also, kindly make sure to turn off the satellite until the main router is fully set up.

Lastly, please try reinstalling the app and using a different email address to onboard the main router.

Note: Please make sure that the main router is blinking green and white, indicating pairing mode. Similarly, the satellite should also be in the same blinking green and white pattern while setting it up.
