I am replacing a Touchstone TG1682G Telephony Gateway modem / router from Spectrum with a new Spectrum modem. On older modems and roouters I was able to go in and clear the browing history before returning it to spectrum, Wanted to know if this modem keeps a wifi browsing history and if so how can I can I clear it. I have gone in and cleared the system logs, but didn’t know if that is all I need to do. Thanks in advance for the help.

while its powered on, just push and hold the reset button for up to 30 seconds.
That should clear out anything on it. Easiest/fastest way.
