SBG6580 - 2 how do I change 2.4 Ghz to 5 Ghz?

I have setup my dual band Arris Surfboard SBG6580-2 and it sits at 2.44 GHZ.  How do I change it to 5Ghz?  Can I have both bands available at the same time?
