VMS1100 and IPC1100 STB’s

I have two VMS1100 media servers and four IPC1100 STB’s with my Verizon FIOS account.

Each media server had two client STB’s assigned to it automatically.

Main implication is that any recording requested via the STB in then automatically recorded on the paired DVR.

My question is whether the assignment (pairing) of the clients to server can be revised?

                          Thanks for bringing this issue, Arris is just the modem manufacturer we can help you in only  modem settings and customization, since your setup are completely depends on the internet only your Internet service provider Verizon can only check on this, so we would suggest you to check with them to help you on this case.
