Arris G-36 WiFi software for 2.4 Ghz?

I’m having an issue with my “other devices” … that operate on 2.4-Ghz.  I purchased a WiFi repeater to enhance radio signals and nothing works. My Gateway Software isn’t there? Pasted Screen Text on my Surfboard says:

System Software Version

Software Image Name: { Edit: personal information}

Firmware Version: { Edit: personal information}

RDK-B-LLC:rdkb-20200207

SDK:N/A

Wi-Fi Driver:N/A

 Can anyone point me in the right direction to download the WiFi software?

» We will not have any software version for particular network but only you can see the device software version on the login page of your modem GUI

Thank you for replying to my message. The issue seems to be there isn't a Wifi software since on the first page, no WiFi software is detected. 

 

 The extender I'm using is:

The extender will only transmit radio 5-Ghz. The manufacturer seems to not have a solution for the problem.
