I connected my eufy doorbell camera with chime, everything works well except the liveview. I can view recorded videos but cannot do a liveview. I followed all the troubleshooting steps suggested by eufy tech support and followed the recommendation on here to change the security with no success. Any other ideas?

Since you got the error as Unable to connect on the camera, I would suggest changing the security modem by login to the GUI web portal.

Launch the web browser and enter it in the address box as 192.168.0.1.

Login with the credentials> Gateway>Connections>Wi-Fi>Networks>Edit for 2.4G.

Then change the security mode as WPAWPA2-PSK(TKIP/AES)

In this case we would suggest you to setup the camera again from the start after restarting the camera and the modem one this will fix the issue or please let us the error that you are getting while setting up the unit.

I am able to complete the set up with no issues but cannot do a live view once set up is complete "unable to connect" message appears. I have restarted and reinstalled multiple time with no success.
