I bought a refurbished G34 modem on Amazon in February this year and had been awesome untill a week ago or so it will flash orange then green then blue then green and then solid blue and it was just once a day for a couple of days then several times a day for about 2 days and now for the past few days it does that's about 2 to 3 times an hour every few hours or so and wifi and anything with a lan cable in it will not have Internet during that process any advice or help would be much appreciated I'm assuming I need a new modem but thought I would try this first

Could you please help us with few details, what are the trouble shooting you performed with your ISP and by yourself?
Who your internet service provider and the speed plan that you are in?
Do you see the LAN light on the modem going OFF when the modem reboots?
