I’ve been on the phone with tech support twice and have done everything in the posts here that I’ve found. Reset router, uninstall/reinstall app, use default credentials, etc. Last instruction from tech support was to “wait 1 hour and try again”. No luck. 
 

The router is connected to my ISP and I can access through web address, but I really want to monitor and access the router remotely. Any last ideas?

As you’re able to login to the GUI page using the customized credentials, please use the option Click here if you have previously installed with Web based UI portal on the app. Then login using the web interface user name and password. For further assistance please mention the error code that you get on the app.
