Arris Store - No Way To Contact or get Help ARRIS Employee - Please Read This -- You have given no way for a user to contact you regarding a product purchased from your store, prior to receiving that product. -- I placed an order yesterday, and never received an email (and yes I checked junk). My credit card shows activity, and I also received a “please review” email. So something is churning. When I ordered, it never prompted me to create an account at that time, like most sites do, so I tried to do that this morning, but since my email must be tied to that order, it says it’s in use. So I have no way to create an Arris Store account either. I did happen to screenshot the order from the website after it was done, and I have an order number, but no way to contact you about it. Also the confirmation screen has this exact statement on it. “An email will be sent containing information about your purchase.
