New G 36 connected to Xfinity and online with solid blue light in front, via surfboard and Xfinity app setup process.  At the last step, Surfboard app delivers Something Went Wrong Error Code: 0015-1805 and then I can go no further.

We are online and connected, I just want to access to edit network name and password.

You can try changing the network name and password through the web-based interface (GUI). Alternatively, if you prefer, you can also do this via the Surfboard Central app. Both options should work for you.

Please refer the link below, where you can find the steps to change the network credentials through the GUI

If you're using the Surfboard Central app to make changes, please refer to the link below. It provides the setup process for both the Surfboard Central app and how to update the network credentials

You can always log in through the GUI and change those.

Or try resetting and re-going through the process (wouldn’t need to re-activate through xfinity)
