g36 wont factory reset, solid orange light

Got home from night away, solid orange light. Attempted multiple resets, light remains solid orange. Did 30-30-30, checked with Xfinity etc.

Hello rlburtraw

                   For solid Amber led in front of G36 indicates Power is connected. So to go online make sure your modem is connected to the coax able and the device is activated then the modem front light will turn solid blue. Even after activation if the modem led not going solid blue we need to check and trouble shoot it further.
