Blue light has been flickering for 20 minutes. What is the problem? How do you access this unit to find out what’s going on? Apparently customer service has banker hours

You can try restarting modem for a minute then check for the LED lights if still the fron LED is flashing blue then you need to perform hard reset on the modem for 15-30 mins by pressing and holding reset button at the back of the modem. But after resetting the modem will go to default setup any custom settings will be removed so use the default network name and password to connect to your network.
