Internet company says I am connected to my internet on their end. But I am still unable to connect to my WiFi. They say it’s my modem. Has this happened to anyone else 

Could you help us with the product model number to assist you further.


was this resolved? I’m having the same issue after getting everything setup and the internet says Inactive. Spectrum says everything shows on their end. 


please ignore my post, my issue was it not being compatible with spectrum per their tech support.
