Dear Sir,

 

My modem has an issue with connection.

Everything from Xfinity side and also cables are fine. The modem WIFI shows green and seams to connect to the internet.

But it doesn't have any data when we use WIFI and also cable.

Please help me out if we can service this equipment.

So, is the internet light on the front panel on? If you connect your pc to the SBG8300 with an ethernet connection and then reboot the SBG8300, does your pc have an internet connection? Let’s figure out first whether the issue is on the modem side or on the wifi side.
