I’ve been charged for not sending in my return, but the unit is still in route and should be delivered tomorrow.  The tracking number is below.  Since I shipped the unit well within the required timeframe and cannot control how long the shipping takes, I expect to receive refund of the money I was charged once the unit arrives - please confirm.

you have to go through support for that. this is the community forum where members of the public help out. 


this makes sense and is what I expected, but I’m literally following the EXACT instructions on how to inquire about my support case from the email they sent me… seems like a broken process.


The MSRP value was charged due to delays in returning their malfunctioning product, and it will be refunded back to the credit card after the return unit is processed.
