We have a Verizon Arris VMS1100 cable tv box for my fios service. Is there an app or a way that I can remotely control using my Samsung Android phone when I’m not in the house? My elderly mom sometimes has problems changing the channel or raising the volume using her factory remote control. As of 6:30 am my internet connection has been shut off after a power outage. Which occured multiple times before and the service stayed on but stopped at 6:30 am. Its in Georgia where the flooding is happening. When should I expect my connection to return?

Hello, I need my order either cancelled or have an address changed, e-mails did not go through and I cannot find a way to contact support as it has all be scrubbed from their sites. Order # 58999. It’s kinda funny, I have spent over an hour trying to find a way to contact support for their sales side. Safe to say any contact information has been scrubbed from their site. Live chat does not work, no phone #’s listed, so I came here.

Hi, It has been 2 days I am having very hard time to login to router page after I reset the router. I did a ton of research on internet and tried many different options but none of them worked. I am connected through a LAN right now and I not able to connect through WIFI. There is sticker about username and password. It would be a great help if I can get this working. Thank you.

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but here goes. When I log into surfboard central and under “My Devices”, they are all listed, but I cannot tell what all of them are. I can see my computer and my cell phones, but all the others I cannot identify. How do I tell what the devices are so that I can name them so that I will recognize which device I am working with?

As a Bell Fibe user I have the vip7802 box. This box applies Dolby Vision to all channels and programs no matter what with no way to turn it off. I know enough to know that DV must be encoded into the program or blu ray for it to work effectively. By always having it on it actually detracts visually from many shows and by denying me the ability to turn it on or off I am unable to access my TVs many picture presets or to adjust the picture settings to my own personal tastes. It’s my tv after all, I should have control of it. I have read of others with this complaint and I see no reason why a software update could not solve this issue.
