I ordered a modern on your site Arris Surfboard 

 

I didn't create an account and received NO order confirmation email.  The ONLY email I received was one asking me to write a review for the product. 

I checked my spam folder. 

I didn't write down my order number

I can see no contact information to get order status

 

All I want is a receipt emailed to me and or a contact email

I tried the site.  there is no email anywhere.

I tried live chat, it says “chat is currently available” but no actual chat window

I realized I had to click “check warranty” to continue.  But I dont have the device yet.  I’m trying to get an order confirmation.  Apparently no online support for orders is offered.

I called in and was able to get some help.  At least I have an order number and tracking number.  Still no order confirmation or receipt.  They opened a case for me for that (2504-18554)

Do you know how I can get a receipt.  The person on the phone said he opened a case to get me a receipt but I have yet to receive anything.

I’ve only received the spam mail (survey, etc)
