Hi—we can no longer find my modem as an option for wifi even though the service provider is active and blue lights are on. I have tried unplugging and restarting numerous times.

                          SB6190 is just a cable modem without WIFI so to access internet using WIFI you need to connect separate router to the modem and if the issue is on the WIFI connection then you need to check the router configuration or need to check with the router manufacturer

                           May I know the model of the router to work on this better?


Thanks—we figured it out. I use a linksys router. We needed to unplug the base to reset.
