Hi Sam.ksor,

Surely we can help you to identify the Wi-Fi on your physical modem. Before that It will be really great if you could provide us with the product's model number so start with, we have two types of devices one is the modem and the other is the gateway.

The modem usually starts with “sb ” say e.g. “sb6190” and so on also, it doesn’t have a “Wi-Fi” option on it, say the led lights on a modem will be Power/Receive/Send and Online “No Wi-Fi lights on it”

Gateway usually starts with “sbg” e.g.”sbg8300” the led lights on it will be as Power/US/DS/Online and Wi-Fi 2.4GHz and 5GHz.

Sometimes the led lights vary G34/36 which as got a “Solid Blue” and S33 also a modem which as got a “Solid Blue”.

Let us know if you have any more questions on the same.
