Internet is working and all hard wired devices have connection but wireless devices cannot connect to internet… do I need to replace the modem?

In general if you are unable to access internet using Wi-Fi you can try possible trouble shooting like restarting, resetting. On the modem if the Wi-Fi light is OFF or if you couldn't find your Wi-Fi network name even after trying all trouble shooting then you can go for replacement. Modem model number will help us to provide more specific details so if you could provide that we can work on this further.

What actual device do you have? (model)
What error do you get when you try to connect? do they say “connected, no internet”. Do they not see the ssid broadcasting at all? Do they see it broadcasting but can’t connect to it to put the wifi password in?
